As a trained notary, I walk you through the loan documents, make sure everything is signed and notarized correctly, and return them to your lender or title company. This ensures your home purchase, refinance, or loan closes smoothly without delays. Please note that the price listed is the starting rate. A $50 deposit is required to confirm your loan signing appointment. After your appointment, you’ll receive an invoice for the full cost of services, and your documents will be released once payment is complete.
